Mount Aloysius, an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, is currently seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to join our team. Mount Aloysius provides residential and day services for people with developmental disabilities. The QIDP interacts daily with a wide array of people including people with developmental disabilities and their families as well as professionals including Direct Support Professionals, Therapists, Doctors, Nurses and Administrative staff. The QIDP duties include:
- Ensuring the health and well-being of people with developmental disabilities
- Ensuring Direct Support Staff have the tools and support they need to provide excellent services
- Leading diverse teams
- Developing comprehensive personalized plans that guide the person and his/her team to successful outcomes

Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services Field Required
1 year of experience with working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Required
Previous Supervisor experience preferred

We are located in Perry County and are looking for LPNs to join our team. We have 12 hour shifts available for first and third shift. Starting wage is $31.70 with a .30 cent increase after completing 90 days of employment.
We provide residential and day services for people with developmental disabilities. Our employees are focused on helping the people we serve live healthy and quality lives. The LPN plays a key role in what we do. The LPN provides individualized nursing care to each resident based upon the residents’ specific needs and follows all applicable regulations to ensure confidentiality of resident records. As a LPN, you will be responsible for giving medications, treatments, taking phone orders, ensuring resident care orders are being met, and visiting units daily to observe and evaluate residents’ physical and emotional status.

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. The DSP plays a key role in what we do. The DSP interacts daily with the individuals we serve assisting them with learning independence and enriching their daily lives.
The DSP duties include:
- Ensuring the health and well-being of people with developmental disabilities
- Assisting and teaching daily living skills
- Assisting and teaching personal hygiene care
- Teaching life skills and creating a loving and compassionate living environment
- Monitoring overall health and safety of individuals served

Program Director
Mount Aloysius provides residential and day services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our dedicated team is committed to enhancing the lives of the people we serve, ensuring they live healthy and fulfilling lives.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Program Director to join our team. The Program Director interacts daily with a wide array of people including people with developmental disabilities and their families as well as professionals including QIDPs, Direct Support Professionals, Therapists, Doctors, Nurses and Administrative staff. The Program Director plays a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and maximizing their independence.
Program Director Responsibilities:
• Manages and enforces fiscal policies within the department.
• Oversees documentation processes for habilitation services and departmental staff.
• Performs supervisory duties, including staff discipline, annual performance evaluations, staff meetings, and scheduling oversight.
• Participates in the review process for potential resident admissions.
• Leads the Behavior Support Committee and Human Rights Committee.
• Directs and assesses services at Mount Aloysius to ensure compliance with Medicaid and Department of Developmental Disability standards.
• Assists in conducting Quality Assurance Reviews at least annually.
• Collaborates with Medicaid Surveyors to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Investigates Major Unusual Incidents and ensures resident safety.
