Program Services

Mount Aloysius prides itself in quality compassionate care to individuals receiving services from Mount Aloysius. The programming department is responsible for the majority of the hands-on care and service delivery for individuals residing at Mount Aloysius. The Programming department is led by the Program Director who drives the active treatment process as implemented by the Program Supervisors, Shift Supervisors, Activity Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals. These professionals’ team with one another to work alongside the individual to provide support and education to encourage an independent lifestyle.

Active treatment is the day to day care and support provided to individuals as outlined within their Individual Support Plan (ISP). Each individual partners with their support team (DSP’s, Program Supervisor, family, guardian, and other service personnel) and identify and develop the following:
